  • Goa Travel Hub is only tour service supplier. We don’t operate tour of our own. We provide a comprehensive alternative of tours, completely different departure times and costs to customers through its online travel portal.
  • Goa Travel Hub responsibilities include:
  • (1)Issuing a legitimate price  (a ticket which will be accepted by the tour operator) for its tour with best-discounted rates. Providing refund and support within the event of cancellation.
    Providing client support and information just in case of any inconvenience.
  • Goa Travel Hub responsibilities don’t include:
  • (1)The Tour operators not departing/operating on time.
  • (2)The tour operators staff being rude.
  • (3)The tour operators Equipment, rides, transportation etc not being up to {the clients} expectations.
  • (4)The tour operator cancelling the trip due to ineluctable reasons.
  • (5)The baggage of the client getting lost/ stolen/damaged.
  • (6)The tour operator changing a customers seat at the instant to accommodate a girl/kid.
  •  (7)The customer waiting at the incorrect boarding point (please call us to search out out the precise boarding point if you’re unsure of it).
  • The departure times mentioned on the price {ticket} are only tentative timings but the tour won’t begin before the time that’s mentioned on the ticket.
  • Customers are needed to furnish the subsequent at the time of boarding : (1)A copy of the ticket received on e-mail/Whatsapp Confirmation number). (2)A valid identity proof where needed.
  • In case the tour operator changes or reduces the ride/activities mentioned within the tour leaflet due to some reason, Goa Travel Hub can refund the differential quantity to the client upon being intimated by the customers at intervals twenty-four hours of the journey.
  • In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails due to technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID/phone range provided by the user etc, a price is thought of“booked” as long because the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of www.goatravelhub.com
  • Amenities for the tour as shown on www.goatravelhub.com are designed and provided by the tour supplier.These amenities are provided unless there are some exceptions on bound days. Please note that.
  • Goa Travel Hub provides this info in good faith to assist customers to form an informed call. The liability of the pleasantness not being created on the market lies with the operator and not with Goa Travel Hub.
  • The tour operator is answerable for any personal injury or accident caused thanks to the negligence of tour operator workers and their instrumentality.
  • Tour service provider/operator won’t be answerable for any compensation or payments for the loss/ Accident caused to the client thanks to their own negligence or for not following correct rules and rules set by the operator.

Refund Policies

  • Full refund in case of cancellations done well in advance which is more than a week time
  • 10% of payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within the week of departure/tour date
  • 25% of payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 3 days of departure/tour date
  • 50% of payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled departure/tour date
  • 100% payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled on the same day of departure/tour date

Refund Payments
All Payments made online will be refunded through online banking to the same card only. No Cash refund will be made under any circumstances.
